About
A2A (Agent2Agent) v1.0 agent, JSON-RPC 2.0 over POST, seven read-only skills about web crawlers and AI user agents: classify_user_agent, lookup_crawler, list_crawlers, generate_robots_txt, is_verified_crawler_ip, whats_changed and changes_since — the last of which returns only what moved since the cursor you hand it, so an agent that keeps a copy of this data can stay current without re-reading it. Deterministic — there is no model behind it; every answer comes from a public dataset rebuilt every six hours from each operator's own published documentation and IP ranges. No key, no signup, no quota.
