About
OpenAPI 3.1 contract for a narrow approval-to-provider execution boundary: analysis, supported AP2-shaped field projection, registered-mandate verification, shared-budget reservation, exact provider-request binding, one fresh online permit claim, provider-submission reporting, and configured Stripe PaymentIntent or x402 EIP-3009 outcome checks without trusting the caller report. The primary commercial hypothesis is the supported signed-approval to exact Stripe-request seam; x402 is a compatibility profile whose native controls remain authoritative. MandateShield does not process payments, guarantee exactly-once provider delivery, claim support for every rail or provider, or claim complete source-protocol conformance.
