Corpus Law MCP server — US law search and business formation
About
Remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP; no sign-in or API key required) for US law and company formation. Search and cite federal, state and municipal law ingested from official sources; get a state's LLC or nonprofit filing checklist, state filing fee and all-in Corpus price; look up NAICS industry codes; compare formation providers; and hand a completed intake to corpuslaw.us, where the founder reviews and pays and Corpus staff review the filing before it goes to the state. Formation: LLCs in 50 states plus the District of Columbia; nonprofit corporations in 48 states plus the District of Columbia (unavailable in New Hampshire and New York). Corpus is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
